Membership report and Activities report in on time. Must be postmarked no later than first day of the following month. 1000 points each month. Late report gets only 500 points. 0 points if received after the first of the next month. (example: June Report - 1000 pts if post marked no later than July 1, 500 pts if post marked no later than August 1, and no points if post marked after August 1)

The Grand Prize winner will be given to the Club amassing the greatest point total. First and Second place awards will be presented to the two highest point Clubs in each of the following Club size categories:
